On December 1st, I had the pleasure to attend the opening of the solo exhibit of California artist Timothy Warren Williams.+ Sunshine Deathmask L.A. + at WNDO

Sunshine Deathmask takes the viewer on a darkly alluring ride through the artists' So. Cal experiences of wildfires, gun violence, riots, slides, and personal rage against the false elements of Hollywood.

Timothy Warren Williams who is painter, sculptor and installation and according to LA Weekly "his particular vision merges elements of beach culture and Goth, trauma and triumph in his eloquent elevation of salvaged materials into visceral Postmodern surfer-noir talismans."
